Providing remote technical assistance during installation and commissioning.
Troubleshooting technical issues for service partners and customers.
Working with our Customer Success team to provide Tier 2 engineering and technical support for site issues.
Maintaining strong product knowledge and providing feedback internally based on customer and partner experience.
Conducting site audits and gathering technical information to assist the Sales team with project scoping and quotations.
Identifying opportunities to improve outcomes for existing customers.
Ensuring safe systems of work and VERIDAPT WHS&E requirements are followed.
About you
We’re looking for someone who combines strong technical capability with the ability to communicate clearly and build trusted relationships with customers and service partners.
You’ll ideally bring:
A degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
At least 2 years’ experience in electrical service within an industrial environment.
Experience with instrumentation and control systems.

A valid driver’s license.
Flexibility to work across a mix of office, site and home environments.
The kind of person who’ll thrive at VERIDAPT
You’re proactive, collaborative and comfortable taking ownership of technical problems through to resolution. You build positive working relationships, look for opportunities to continuously improve, and approach decisions with both the customer and commercial outcome in mind.
At VERIDAPT, our values are centred around innovating with purpose, tenacity, collaboration and trust, and we’re looking for someone who brings those behaviours to the way they work with colleagues, partners and customers.
