Team Lead Supply Chain (Part Time - 3 days)

We are seeking a commercially minded and hands-on Team Lead – Supply Chain to lead our end-to-end supply chain operations across procurement, inventory, warehousing, logistics and demand planning.
In this role, you’ll lead a small operational team while driving reliable, cost-effective product availability across customers, partners and manufacturing operations. This is a role for someone who enjoys balancing strategic thinking with day-to-day operational execution and continuous improvement. This role is a permanent part time opportunity working 3 days a week with at least 1 of those days in office.
What You’ll Be Doing
Leading inventory, warehousing and logistics operations across multiple locations
Managing procurement activities, supplier relationships and cost optimisation initiatives
Overseeing domestic and international freight, including dangerous goods handling
Supporting manufacturing supply through inventory planning, work-order kitting and stock transfers
Managing demand planning and inventory investment to support cash flow and operational performance
Leading, coaching and developing a small operational team
Stepping into hands-on warehouse and logistics activities when required during peak periods or critical operational needs
What We’re Looking For
3–5 years’ experience in supply chain, warehousing and/or logistics operations
Experience leading or supporting a small operational team
Strong procurement, inventory and supplier management capability
Understanding of demand planning, inventory management and S&OP processes
Strong systems literacy, ideally within ERP environments such as NetSuite
A proactive, commercially minded and solutions-focused approach
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and being hands-on when required
