What you'll do;
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing Customer Success team

Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships across the customer journey

Oversee seamless customer onboarding, adoption, and retention strategies

Act as the escalation point for complex customer issues and drive resolution

Design and implement scalable customer success processes and best practices

Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Sales to represent the voice of the customer

Monitor customer health metrics and deliver actionable insights to stakeholders

Drive cross-functional collaboration to resolve issues and improve the customer experience

Promote a customer-centric culture aligned with company values and mission

Support customer education and guide platform adoption and expansion

Facilitate internal knowledge sharing and skills development within the team
