What you'll do;

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing Customer Success team
  
• Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships across the customer journey
  
• Oversee seamless customer onboarding, adoption, and retention strategies
  
• Act as the escalation point for complex customer issues and drive resolution
  
• Design and implement scalable customer success processes and best practices
  
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Sales to represent the voice of the customer
  
• Monitor customer health metrics and deliver actionable insights to stakeholders
  
• Drive cross-functional collaboration to resolve issues and improve the customer experience
  
• Promote a customer-centric culture aligned with company values and mission
  
• Support customer education and guide platform adoption and expansion
  
• Facilitate internal knowledge sharing and skills development within the team
  
• Collect and communicate customer feedback to inform product strategy and innovation
