What you'll do:
- Design, deploy, and operate enterprise-grade infrastructure across cloud and on-premise environments
- Build, enhance, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for continuous, secure software delivery
- Implement and improve Infrastructure as Code using Ansible and AWX
- Collaborate with engineering teams to automate operations and troubleshoot complex issues
- Integrate security best practices and DevSecOps principles into all stages of delivery
- Identify and resolve system risks, performance bottlenecks, and scalability challenges
- Ensure system availability and reliability across development and production environments
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth system integration and delivery workflows
- Champion best practices in automation, configuration management, and cloud operations
- Mentor team members and foster a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration
- Actively contribute to agile ceremonies, sprint reviews, and technical knowledge sharing

Skills & Experience Required:
- Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar technical role
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Vultr or GCP)
- Strong scripting and automation skills (Python)
- Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Hands-on with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI) and infrastructure as code
- Familiar with monitoring/logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack)
- Solid understanding of security, networking, and hybrid/multi-cloud environments
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, proactive approach
